What We Do
In 2002, we became a 501C3 nonprofit organization, providing essential services to the elderly and adults with disabilities in Hidalgo and Starr County. We have been at the forefront of bringing awareness about elder issues in our community and creating partnerships with others to increase the impact of our efforts.
Our mission is to provide advocacy, education, and resources necessary to prevent the elderly or disabled from becoming victims of abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation.
We provide emergency financial relief for seniors and adults with disabilities in need. Financial assistance to individuals in crisis (assistance with utilities, rent/rent deposit, medication assistance, medical equipment). Resources: Incontinence supplies, wheelchairs, walkers, and shower chairs depending on availability and donations received from the community
